Lauren Baker is the Director of Growth and Operations at the Automotive Remarketing Alliance (ARA) and brings more than 15 years of experience in the automotive industry. Since stepping into the role in October 2023, she has focused on strengthening member engagement, supporting committees, and leading initiatives that align with the Alliance’s mission.
Her career spans co-owning a car dealership and serving in client leadership roles at PHH and Element Fleet Management, giving her a practical and well-rounded understanding of the remarketing space.
At ARA, Lauren helps members access valuable insights, certifications, connections, and opportunities to stay ahead in a fast-moving industry. She lives in Florida with her husband and three children, and enjoys contributing to work that connects people and helps the industry grow in meaningful ways.
